Award winning and culinary renowned Mary Brady has many accomplishments to her credit, most notably the long time ownership (30 + years) of Diamond Jim Brady’s Bistro-Bar, along with her late husband Tom Brady. She has been a formidable figure in the Detroit restaurant scene and a staunch advocate of Michigan’s hospitality industry. Having fed Detroit and shaped its future as its first female certified executive chef, she is now passing the craft.
