Can you Believe??

That January 2025 is ending? The month has just flown by for me, except for the week of below freezing temperatures. I have not been able to ride as the barn is way too cold. We do not usually ride if it is below 20 degrees. So, it has been a whole week with not being on a horse, which is very unusual. I have spent the extra time organizing files that got way out of hand over the months that I was concentrating on writing Looking Back Cooking Forward.

The totally awesome gourmet kitchen store, Acorn Farm, in downtown Milford is hosting me this Saturday, February 1, for a book signing and recipe demonstration event from noon until 3. Come visit me there!
